SAILING YACHT TIDE 25
The versatile sailing yacht
Innovative yacht construction: Made in Germany
It stands out with its elegant lines: TIDE 25 is the trailerable sailing yacht for greater flexibility and pure sailing pleasure. The smart little yacht is ideal for sporty, fast trips as well as relaxed cruising and comfortable weekend trips. With the TIDE 25, you can explore areas that would be inaccessible on your own keel.
The design is geared towards optimized sailing characteristics. And its low weight makes trailer transporting this yacht very easy. It is made in Germany, of course: the TIDE family comes from Emden on the North Sea.
This sailing yacht, designed in-house by v. Ahlen, is available in three versions: Basic, Sport, and Comfort. Which one best suits your sailing preferences? The choice is yours.
A swing keel as an option
All three versions are available with a hydraulic swing keel. The variable draft is then between 0.75 m and 1.80 m. In the sailing position, the swing keel has a comparable righting moment to the performance keel. The system weight is slightly higher, making the performance keel the first choice for the Sport version.

TIDE 25 IN THE BASIC VERSION
It offers everything you need for enjoyable sailing – including a particularly low overall weight, which significantly improves sailing performance.
The open cockpit with ergonomic steering position has storage lockers on both sides. The deck has a non-slip coating. A large maintenance hatch provides easy access to an optional inboard motor or life raft. The rig comes with an overlapping jib as standard. Below deck, there are up to four berths, including a reading corner and a dog cabin.
TIDE 25 IN THE COMFORT VERSION
Those who appreciate comfortable sailing, an elegant appearance, and maximum functionality will choose the comfort version. Its flat keel with a draft of only 1.10 m is ideal for inland waters as well as shallow bays and harbors. The center rudder makes maneuvering in the harbor very easy—especially when it is powered by an optional built-in motor.
The closed stern and practical rig with self-tacking jib make the Comfort variant extremely family-friendly. In the cockpit, the continuous seating area is perfect for sunbathing. The Flexiteak decking and dark hull are optional and emphasize the elegant appearance of the TIDE 25. Below deck, the toilet and galley modules can be added.
TIDE 25 IN THE SPORT VERSION
The enlarged sport rig with extended boom and traveller from Harken® immediately catches the eye. The mainsail is equipped with a fathead, and the jib has an overlapping cut. The hydrodynamically tested performance keel ensures a high righting moment. And the double rudder system guarantees good control even in gusty weather and sporty gennaker courses.
The open cockpit with ergonomic steering position has storage lockers on both sides. In the sport version, we offer a special color palette for the hull. Under the non-slip coated deck, there are up to four berths, including a reading corner and a dog cabin. To keep the weight down, we recommend foregoing options such as an inboard motor or interior modules.
