Emden/Harlingen – MFH-Emden (Maritime Faserverbundtechnik Haring) and NAZ-Schepen will join forces on June 1, 2025: MFH-Emden has acquired the Dutch yacht builder NAZ-Schepen. The merger will create a forward-looking company in the field of yacht building and composite technology with the new brand names TWN Yachting and MFH Composite.

The two companies complement each other perfectly:

• MFH-Emden has specialized in the development and manufacture of complex GRP and composite components for marine and industrial applications since 1997 and expanded its portfolio in 2022 with the innovative TIDE yacht line.
• Since 2004, NAZ-Schepen has launched over 150 yachts from the Noordkaper and Wanderer series at its own DTB shipyard in Turkey.
   

MFH Maritime Faserverbundtechnik, headquartered in RIEPE, will thus create two independent brand divisions:
 

The merger will create a comprehensive yacht builder offering all services from sales, manufacturing, expansion, repairs, maintenance, and winter storage from a single source.

Outlook: New yacht models in planning

New models in the successful Wanderer series are already in planning:

• The Wanderer 45 expands the product line with a larger, seaworthy yacht
• The completely redesigned W36 Azur is also in preparation.

Chiel de Zeeuw, founder of NAZ-Schepen, will accompany the transition to TWN Yachting in the coming months and will gradually hand over his operational role.

• The construction of the TIDE 24 M is also planned.
